We highly recommend booking online in advance to secure your spot — sessions can fill up quickly, especially on weekends and holidays.
Before arriving, all participants must have a completed waiver to ensure quick and smooth entry. After booking, you’ll receive a waiver link via email, and it’s also available on our website.
Mini Ninja is specially designed for little adventurers aged 0–7 years.
Do I need to accompany my child?
While we take every step to create a safe, secure and well-supervised environment, Mini Ninja is designed for young children and remains a parent-supervised experience. For this reason, children should not be left unattended, and a parent or guardian must remain on-site at all times during your visit.
Children do not need to be fully toilet trained. However, we do ask that appropriate nappies are worn where needed and that parents remain responsible for bathroom visits.
Yes — we have a comfortable space where parents and guardians can relax while keeping an eye on the action.
Spectators are welcome and do not need to pay. Only those entering and participating in the play areas require a ticket and Mini Ninja grip socks.
Please arrive 20 minutes before your session to allow time for check-in, wristbands and getting ready for play.
To keep everything running smoothly for all our little ninjas, sessions start promptly. If you arrive late, you may miss part of your play time.
Where possible, we’ll always try to move you to the next available session — however, this can’t be guaranteed during busy periods.
Please note that we’re unable to extend sessions or offer refunds for time missed due to late arrival or incomplete waivers.
A waiver is required for all participants and is quick and easy to complete online before your visit.
We don’t do formal briefings — instead, our team is always on hand to guide you, and clear safety rules are displayed throughout the space.
Comfortable, stretchy clothing is best for climbing, jumping and exploring.
Grip socks are required for participation in the play areas and are available for purchase at the venue. The good news — they’re reusable, so don’t forget to bring them along next time.
For hygiene and safety reasons, only official Mini Ninja grip socks may be worn in the play areas.
Any adult entering and participating in the play areas (for example with children aged 0–3) will also need to wear grip socks.
We provide designated areas for shoes and personal items.
We recommend bringing only essentials and keeping valuables with you where possible.
Yes — convenient parking is available at the venue. Please allow a little extra time during busy periods.
To keep things safe and enjoyable for everyone, outside food and drinks are not permitted.
We offer a selection of food and refreshments on-site for you to enjoy.
If your child has specific dietary requirements or allergies, please speak to our team — we’ll always do our best to assist.
While we take care in food preparation and handling, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
For the comfort and safety of all our little Ninjas, we kindly ask that children who are unwell sit this adventure out and visit us another time.
Our team is trained to support a safe play environment and basic first aid. If needed, we’ll assist and notify a parent or guardian immediately.
Absolutely. We maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, with regular cleaning throughout the day and trained team members always on hand to support a safe play environment.
Our team follows clear safeguarding practices — any interaction with children is always appropriate, respectful and only where needed for guidance or safety, with parents remaining responsible for their children at all times.
Your ticket includes access to the Mini Ninja play area for your selected session time.
