For most of the experience, children are encouraged to explore and play independently, with our team nearby to guide and support.
If a child feels a little unsure or needs some reassurance or support, a parent or guardian is welcome to join them in the play area.
Adults entering the play area are considered participants and will need to wear grip socks (available to purchase in-venue).
To help keep the space safe and enjoyable for everyone, we encourage only accompanying adults to enter the play area when needed.
Our trained team will host and guide the party to keep everything running smoothly.
Children remain under the care of their parent or guardian at all times.
Comfortable clothes they can move in — perfect for climbing, jumping and exploring.
