These Terms & Conditions simply explain how bookings and visits work, so everything runs smoothly and safely for you and your little Ninjas.
By making a booking or visiting Mini Ninja, you agree to the terms below.

These Terms & Conditions explain how we provide our services to you and the participants included in your booking.
YOUR AGREEMENT
When you make a booking — whether online, by phone or in person — it is made directly with the Mini venue you have selected.
- Your booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation (usually by email)
- By completing your booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions
- Your visit is also subject to our Participation Waiver and Privacy Policy
If anything doesn’t look right, please contact your venue — we’re happy to help.
MAKING A BOOKING
- All bookings must be completed and paid for to be confirmed
- Please check your booking details carefully before your visit
- If you notice any errors, contact us as soon as possible
PRICING, PAYMENT & OFFERS
- All prices include VAT
- Payment is required at the time of booking (unless otherwise stated for parties)
- Payments can be made using available payment methods at the time of booking
- Prices may change from time to time, but once your booking is confirmed, your price is locked in
Offers & Promotions:
- From time to time, we may run special offers
- Offers cannot be combined unless we’ve said otherwise
- Offers may be changed or withdrawn
PARTY BOOKINGS
We know how special these celebrations are, and we’ll always do our best to help if plans change.
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your party booking and reserve your time slot
- Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received
- The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before your party
If you need to cancel or change your party booking:
- More than 14 days’ notice: Full refund
- Less than 14 days’ notice: The 50% deposit is non-refundable
- Less than 7 days’ notice: No refund, but we’ll do our best to help you move your booking where possible
All party changes or cancellations should be made directly with your venue.
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES (PLAY PASSES)
We understand that plans can change.
- 7 days or more notice: Full refund
- 24 hours to 7 days’ notice: We’ll happily move your session or issue a credit
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds or changes
Refunds:
- Payments made by debit or credit card will be refunded to the same card
- Where multiple payment methods are used, refunds may be processed to a debit or credit card
Please contact your venue directly for any changes — we’ll always try to help where we can.
ARRIVAL & TIMING
- Please arrive 15–20 minutes before your session
- We’ll always do our best to start sessions on time
- Late arrivals may miss part or all of their session
- In some cases, late entry may not be possible and no refund will be provided
PLAY & PARTICIPATION
Mini Ninja is all about safe, active play and building confidence through movement.
- Children should explore at their own pace and within their ability
- Parents/guardians are encouraged to guide, support and join in where needed
- All participants must follow staff instructions and safety rules
To keep everyone safe and happy, we may refuse entry or ask guests to leave if behaviour is unsafe or disruptive.
PARENT SUPERVISION
Mini Ninja is designed as a shared play experience between you and your child.
- Children must be supervised by a parent or responsible adult at all times
- Children under 4 must be accompanied inside the play area by a participating adult (18+)
- Our team is always nearby to support, but supervision remains with you
CLOTHING & SAFETY
For a safe and comfortable experience:
- Mini Ninja grip socks must be worn in the play area
- Comfortable, movement-friendly clothing is recommended
- Jewellery and sharp or loose items should be removed
- Long hair should be tied back
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
- Personal items are brought into the venue at your own risk
- We recommend keeping valuables secure
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings
EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
If something unexpected happens (such as safety issues or events beyond our control):
- We’ll always try to notify you as soon as possible
- Where possible, we’ll offer a reschedule or credit
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Some parts of your booking (such as payment or booking systems) may be provided by trusted third-party providers.
CONTENT & BRAND
All content on this website — including text, images, design and branding — is owned by or licensed to Mini.
You may not copy, reproduce or use any content without our prior written permission.
OUR LIABILITY
We take every care to create a safe and enjoyable environment.
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law:
- Participation and use of the facility is at your own discretion
- We are not responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from the use of the venue, except where caused by our gross negligence or unlawful conduct
- We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss
- We are also not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings brought into the venue.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under South African law.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS
If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
